The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system may seem daunting at first, but it's honestly quite simple. You start off with 5 points in each category, and are allocated another 5 points to spend as you wish. You may subtract points from other categories to increase them in others. The 'intelligence' stat will effect how many points you gain when you level up. All other stats will effect your character's base skills. For every point your character has in their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat, it adds two points to the related skill. This is further explained in the skills area.
Once your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is confirmed, an admin will reply with how many xp points you get per level up, and add your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. to your signature.
For now, simply post a new thread with the following format:
