the factions The Mojave's powerhouses consist of the NCR, The Legion, and the Brotherhood of Steel. Each has an important role to play in the makeup of the wastelands; each posing its own unique threat, own significant warning. The NCR and the Legion have been at odds since creation of both; however different, their structure is almost mockingly similar. The Brotherhood is a new player on the sands of the Mojave, the ban on exterior now being lifted, the faction is open to the rest of the world. This also means the rest of the world is open to them.
Other factions have been known. Although not as mighty in numbers, some match them in firepower, and in skill. These consist of The Boomers, The Great Khans, The Enclave, as well as various raider and strip families. Although the Enclave might have been a force to be reckoned with, it is now crippled, but slowly getting back up on its feet. The Boomers are descendants of vault-dwellers that inhabit the Nellis air force base. The Great Khans are a strong raider family that have made their home in Red Rock Canyon. The families on the Strip are a collection of freakshows, each with its own jingle and dance. Some raiders have formed together into groups, these new families posing threats to any that threaten them- or perhaps to anyone at all.

the new california republic
Vault 15, a vault overcrowded as part of the various experiments the government of the Old World would not see through. It was supposed to stay closed for fifty years but somehow managed to break open. Those who survived the overcrowded conditions of Vault 15 split up into four groups, three of which are the well known Raider gangs that harass the wide wasteland. The fourth established a small town by the name of Shady Sands and was given a small jump start by the G.E.C.K. located within their vault. It slowly grew and prospered, despite the constant threat from radscorpions and Raiders. With the help of the mysterious Vault Dweller, the radscorpion threat was eliminated and the Raiders chased off. This mystery Vault Dweller and the town's leader, Aradesh, soon then set the foundation and base for one of the longest lasting factions known in the mojave; the New California Republic. Together, the duo drafted together a constitution that currently served their needs and four neighboring towns joined the new found faction; Los Angeles, Maxson, Hub and Dayglow.
The NCR continued to grow and began to train themselves in firearms and military tactics based on old books they found stashed away in abandoned military buildings. AS the times changed, so did their constitution. The NCR spread outward to Mexico and Arizona, though concentrated solely in their home region. As they continued to roam Arizona, they came across the Hoover Dam and unknowingly triggered Robert House to step forth from hiding to greet them. Robert House sent forth Securitrons to bring them back to New Vegas upon which House showed them a treaty had created. The treaty stated he would aid them in keeping Hoover Dam running so long as New Vegas remained independent and that 5% of the power was sent to the city. The treaty was held and House ensured that the Strip Families followed along. Though things were tense, there was a sort of peace within the Strip.
Then came the presence of the Legion who made it loud and clear they were no ally of theirs. It didn't help that the higher ups decided to continue their expansion in the mojave and got into a war with the Brotherhood of Steel over HELIOS One. Since at the time, the Legion was no real threat to them, the NCR brushed them off as nothing more than annoying tribe and chose to focus all their time and efforts gaining control of HELIOS. The Brotherhood sure were stubborn and put up a rather wicked fight but by the time the dust settled, the NCR stood victorious. With now the two main points of electricity under their control, the faction decided it was high time they began the hard task of getting the entire mojave under their control. The skirmishes with the Legion only grew worse with each passing day that the goal itself became nearly impossible.
At last, the skirmishes came to a head when the Legion attempted to take over Hoover Dam now known as the First Battle of Hoover Dam. Luring the Legion into a battlefield more of their choosing, the NCR lead their rival faction to Boulder City upon which they exploded well-placed C4 along their 'escape' route and quickly counter acted before the Legion had a chance to fully recover causing the Legion to flee back the way they came. The NCR celebrated it's well earned victory. They continued onward with their goal, leaving most territories that refused their aid to fend for themselves as they were beginning to become stretched too thin.
The NCR would realize this would be their biggest problem.
As they continued to expand, they eventually had more citizens than soldiers. What soldiers they had worked to points of near exhaustion which created more problems. The Legion once more re-appeared on the map as they destroy several of their bases such as Camp Searchlight and Ranger Station Charlie and destroyed settlements like Hope and Nelson. The NCR used this as fuel to gain new recruits into their army and when the Legion marched forth to Hoover Dam a second time, they in turn marched out to greet them. With the entire might of the mojave standing with them against the Legion, the NCR believed that at last, they obtained what they wanted all along. Instead, the united front of the mojave turned against the NCR, sending them running not too far behind the Legion. With the NCR no longer present, the factions wasted little time in quickly scooping up what the faction owned; the Brotherhood reclaimed HELIOS, the Strip took over Hoover Dam and the Raiders took over a couple settlements.
These days, the NCR are determined to regain everything they lost at any cost. This was proven true when one of their own troops openly killed the Courier on his home turf, the Strip which sparked another war brewing within the mojave.

ceasar's legion
Caesar's Legion is perhaps best known as the faction that everyone hates due to the fact they are a slaver society. No one really knew how the faction came about or where it came from, until someone decided to track down the origins of this once proud faction.
In the year 2266, nine members of the Followers of the Apocalypse headed out to northern Arizona in order to study the tribe's culture and language in the area. It wasn't long before they were captured by the Blackfoot Tribe and held for ransom.
The Blackfoot Tribe were once ranchers and raiders that co-mingled with one another and had a semblance of peace between them. As more and more Raiders succumbed to the simple life of a rancher, their knowledge in firearms slowly withered until they were like any other tribe. The Blackfoot Tribe for years lived peacefully, besides the occasional skirmish with its neighbors, until a disease wiped out most of their young. It was then the Blackfoot Tribe took to attacking neighboring tribes for young people to replenish the numbers they lost and forced them into slavery. When a traveling merchant offered to purchase one of the young they had enslaved, it forever changed the tribe. The once peaceful tribe once again became Raiders, targeting weak tribes for people to enslave and to steal what little supplies they had to make coin. By the time they captured the nine Followers, their actions had lead to an all-out with seven tribes in the area. One Follower in particular, against the wishes of his fellow companions, saw that the Blackfoot Tribe was going to lose and decided he would aid them. He knew that if the Tribe lost, they would be wiped out along with them, despite protests and pleas of mercy. There was no way he was going to stand for it.
This man was Edward Sallow.
Sallow trained the Blackfoot Tribe in the knowledge of firearms, explosives and war tactics. The Tribe was so impressed by his knowledge that they named him their leader. Sallow continued to expounded on them targeting on weaker tribes and enslaving those they conquered. Sallow would often keep those able-bodied and healthy and killed those weak, old and "useless", piling the bodies high. Sallow would often uses these piles of the dead to inflict fear into the next tribe they would set out to conquer; taking the visiting emissary to the site to see for himself firsthand what they were capable of and to spread fear within the tribe. Joshua Graham, a fellow Follower of the Apocalypse, soon joined him, much to the dismay of the remaining Followers. When one of the Followers threatened to return back to report what Sallow had been up to, they were killed and it was then Sallow began to proclaim himself Caesar.
Caesar continued to conquer and enslave the Tribes in Arizona, even going so far as to claim the ruins of a city as headquarters and called it Flagstaff. By the year 2271 rolled around, eighty-six tribes formed the Legion and most of the territory east of the Colorado River was claimed by his new found faction. It was then word of the Mojave reached Caesar. The man became determined to claim it as his own and to at last begin expanding westward. He wasted little time in moving his troops to the barren wasteland, quickly claiming a spot on the Colorado River as their main camp called "Fortification Hill" and became skirmishing with the NCR in the area.
At last, the skirmishes and fighting came to head into the First Battle of Hoover Dam. Though initially the Legion had the upper hand in battle thanks to Graham at the helm, the element of surprise and sheer numbers. However, little did they know that the NCR's retreat was nothing more than bait to a rather wicked trap the faction had in store for them. When the Legion followed the NCR into Boulder City, the C4 explosives they had planted along the way of their retreat detonated, severely crippling the attacking force. The NCR wasted little time in forming a counter-attack and pushed the Legion back the way they had come. Infuriated at such a humiliating loss, Caesar doused Graham in kerosene, lit him on fire and cast him into the depths of the Grand Canyon. Caesar then forbade the name of Joshua Graham ever to spoken so long as he lived upon which the tale and legend of the Burned Man was born amongst the faction.
The Legion continued to skirmish with the NCR and managed to destroy several bases such as Camp Searchlight and Ranger Station Charlie and razed several small settlements such as Hope and Nelson to the ground. The Legion continued their tactic of causing terror, panic and fear within the region as well as enslaving anyone they could get their hands upon. But Karma has a way of getting you back for reaping what you sow. Caesar began to grow ill as time went on and in an effort to see the Mojave under his reign, he pushed for his last and final battle for Hoover Dam now known as the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. Caesar should have also known the past has a history of repeating itself as well.
Thanks to their actions, most, if not all, of the factions within the Mojave took a stand against the Legion at Hoover Dam ranging from the Boomers, to the NCR and the Strip Families, the Legion were sorely outnumbered, out gunned, and were once more thrashed back the way the had come from. Caesar could not believe he had once more suffered a humiliating defeat and in an attempt to place blame on another as well as to placate his burning anger, had several of his Legates killed. The Legion stayed within Fortification Hill to regroup and recover from the major loss and while they did so, Caesar finally passed away from a brain aneurysm. With no named heir to take his place, the Legion took another blow that furthered tattered the once proud faction.
The Legion these days are nothing more than a fractured thing of what it once was. Though heavily divided into two major sides thanks to two rising Legates fighting for the title of Caesar, many have taken to striking off on their own to try and reclaim the glory the name of their faction once held only to fail miserably. Others chose at this time to at last leave the faction, choosing to remain wastelanders or joining the other various factions. As for the two major sides that are currently at war with one another? One man wishes to take what remains of the Legion back east across the Colorado River to properly regroup and recover as well as to ensure they held a tight reign on what they did own. After all, word of their defeat twice over reached them and the many enemies they had left back home no doubt saw this as a golden opportunity to strike out at them. The other wishes to remain here, in the Mojave and to try and achieve what Caesar himself had failed to do. The man is under the belief he knows where Caesar went wrong and that he has the perfect solution.

the brotherhood of steel
Captain Roger Maxon of the United States Army under the orders of Colonel Robert Spindel, headed out with a team to West-Tek research facility located in Mariposa to supervise the experiments taking place there. On October 10th, 2077, the good Captain discovered that military prisoners were being used to test out the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) which horrified him and all in his troop. This lead to a chain of events upon which reduced morale greatly, caused a breakdown in communication and for Colonel Robert Spindel to commit suicide. The troops then turned to Maxon to lead them who demanded that all of the scientist to be gathered for questioning. Though the scientist answered his questions, there was few answers that satisfied him. Maxon eventually interrogated Robert Anderson who could no longer hide the truth and informed the good Captain of the deep dark horror and the extent of their experiments. This caused Maxon to order the death of all the scientist and declared himself and his troops to be deserters over the radio to his command. The declaration would go unheard as they were out fighting the Chinese army that had come ashore and three days later, the bombs dropped, nuking everything.
The Mariposa Base and the troops within survived the nuclear explosion and the FEV flooding thanks to highly-effective nuclear, biological and chemical weapons protocol that was put into effect a few weeks before hand. After sending out a scout to ensure things were safe, they buried the remains of the scientist and moved onward with their families to the fallout bunkers in Lost Hills, California, now known as the "Exodus." It came as no surprise that many lives were lost including Maxon's wife during the trip. Not much is known about the Brotherhood as many records were lost to time and improper handling. All any scribes could confirm was that a man named Dennis Allen gained strength within the organization and pushed for them to explore something called "The Glow," ruins south east of the West-Tek Research Facility that had been hit directly by a nuclear bomb. The Elders refused and in anger, Allen took those loyal to him to explore the ruins. By the time the mysterious Vault Dweller reached the, the Elders began to wonder what happened to Allen and his men. Deciding to get some answers as well as to test the mettle of the Vault Dweller who was asking to join them, they sent him on what they believed to be a fool's errand. When the Vault Dweller returned alive and with the answers they sought, they welcomed him into their organization making him the first outsider ever to join the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood then put an end to the Master, a Super Mutant, bent on transforming all into Super Mutants through FEV just as he was and it began to dawn on the faction just how powerful they were thanks to having more technological weapons, cybernetics and super computers. The Elders then ruled that no one was allowed to share any information of the Brotherhood and technology with outsiders and those who did not agree to the idea was sent eastward to track down the rest of the Master's army by airship they still had. Those ships crashed in Chicago and those who survived founded the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel. It was around this time the NCR expanded into their territory and founded the state of "Maxson" near Lost Hills which created some tension between the two factions; though the bunker was still under Brotherhood control, the state is was in was slowly being devoured by the NCR. The two left each other alone for quite some time, content on focusing their energy and time elsewhere. You see, while the NCR was busy expanding and building, the Brotherhood at last found an adversary. An adversary that was just as powerful as they were and were just as knowledgeable in technology as they were.
The Enclave.
The Brotherhood matched the Enclave evenly and eventually the Enclave pulled the only trick left in their arsenal they had left to gain an edge over them; vertibirds. Frustrated at the sudden change in tide of battle, the Brotherhood backed away from the Enclave. The Enclave wasted no time in reclaiming several of their bases in the meantime which only continued to frustrate them. It was then another mysterious person of importance crossed their path; the Chosen One. They enlisted the Chosen One to retrieve the blueprints of the Enclave's vertibirds in Navarro and while the Chosen One was successful, no one can confirm if the Brotherhood ever received them. The Brotherhood ceased to worry about the Enclave when the Oil Rig was destroyed and the NCR hunted them down until it was believed none were left. The faction prospered, expanding out into the mojave way before the NCR, claimed HELIOS One and began to lay the foundation for their claim of Hoover Dam.
It would be short lived however as the NCR once more expanded into their territory. Before they could even make a move, the NCR claimed Hoover Dam and with it, secured a treaty with Robert House, a man they had heard of often while in the mojave and were seeking audience with him if only to try and figure out what sort of technology the man had and if they could claim it. When the NCR began moving towards HELIOS One, it was then the Brotherhood decided they had quite enough and marched out to war against them. The battle of HELIOS One is forever recorded as the bloodiest battle of the Brotherhood as many lives lost, more so than the Exodus. With over half the charter dead, Nolan McNamara ordered a retreat as Elder Elijah had disappeared and with a heavy heart, the Brotherhood did so. Now proclaimed Elder, McNamara enacted a strict lock-down and tried to make it seem as though they disappeared. Many members were outraged by the lock-down but were otherwise powerless to do anything against it in fear of being exiled or sent elsewhere like their predecessors before them.
The Brotherhood could only bide their time and do their best to recover from their loss. It was a hard thing to do and eventually Head Paladin Edgar Hardin lead a revolt to overthrow Elder McNamara, quickly gathering a vast majority of the faction to his side. Though he originally planned on siding with the NCR, Elder Hardin was tempted instead to fight for the independence of New Vegas on behalf of the Courier and in exchange they would be given back what they had lost, HELIOS One. When the call of battle was sounded, the Brotherhood stood with the rest of the mojave chasing off the Legion and their most hated enemy at the time, the NCR. Keeping true to his word, the Courier gave them HELIOS One
With no real threat to their being present, Elder Hardin slowly lifted the lockdown and let the mojave know the Brotherhood was here to stay. In time, Elder Hardin also carefully selected outsiders who proved their worth not only in the Second Battle of Hoover Dam but after also completing grueling tests. Just as things were once more looking up for them and their numbers slowly replenishing at last from the battle over HELIOS against the NCR, word reached them that their once greatest rival was roaming the mojave once more.
The Enclave.
Shortly after receiving this news, the NCR openly killed the Courier on the Strip, weakening the Families grip on Hoover Dam as well as letting the mojave know the NCR were back. Torn between their lust of claiming Hoover Dam for their own and keeping what hold they have on the mojave, the Brotherhood are determined to continue growing their ranks in case another war between the NCR or the Enclave should happen. Their current Elder is still Hardin, though he is gravely ill and the Brotherhood is considering electing another Elder in his place.

the enclave The Mojave chapter of the Enclave was originally a very small base of troops, located in Area 51. The purpose of the troops there were to monitor the Mojave’s activity; to silently watch and stay as under the radar as possible. The Enclave, weakened by the NCR attack on Navarro (as well as the oil rig disaster), had little to no interest in scouting out the rest of the Mojave; due to the ongoing conflict that they could not afford to get into. However, when the NCR, Legion and Brotherhood of Steel became preoccupied with what was going on in the wastes, a growing interest formed in the Enclave’s collective mind. With their main threats distracted and bickering amongst each other more of a priority than outer threats, they began to see this as an opportunity to begin to rebuild.
The Enclave began to realize just what the Mojave could mean to them if seized. The energy potential in the Hoover Dam, the Helios One facility, and the power of the Archimedes satellite laser sealed inside are very appealing to them. In their minds, they are weakly guided by those existing in the Mojave. They believe that with the proper equipment, they could take out those currently occupying these areas with ease. They are also quite dismayed with the fact that these resources have yet to be put to ‘good’ use; it seems to them that no one has harnessed their true energy potentials or potential as advanced instruments of warfare.
Although the Enclave were defeated at Navarro, perhaps the biggest stain to their memory of it is the fact that the NCR could not make sense of their tech or what they had seized. Revenge is fresh on their minds from the event; years of silently watching have made the Enclave well-prepared for the NCR’s slightly outdated tactics. Having experienced what they can do before in person, and now studying their various ideals of what to do, the Enclave feels ready to face them again.
One of the few remaining Enclave bases in the area was destroyed; leading to their displaced forces to join with the ones currently housed in Area 51. With this influx of fresh blood, the Enclave decided to do a bit more research into the history of their involvement with the Mojave. Several Vertibird refueling stations were found on file, as well as airbases with possibly intact stores of fossil fuels that they could put to good use. They sent out small scouting parties of two to three men, using the cover of the night to relocate these points of interest.
Upon discovering that these were intact and mostly abandoned, the Enclave decided to make their presence more known. Setting up small bases in these key points of interest, they only expanded to two more bases, and a refueling station. As most are either fighting with one another or too intimidated by the Enclave to dare facing them, these small areas are rarely threatened. However, the Brotherhood of Steel has picked up on their presence more than other factions, and both are rather aggressive to each other. Tensions are high as they have yet to make any major attacks at one another, due to the strain and weight that would come of it on both factions.
Their main goals at the moment are to fortify and strengthen their troops, as well as maintain their Vertibirds in preparation for future attacks upon the rest of the Mojave, once the time comes. Ultimately, they wish to gain revenge on the NCR for Navarro, as well as gain control of the energy resources that to them have been misused thus far. They have a large interest in the robots and tech to be found on the Strip, and they see takeover of the Strip in their interest. Outsiders are only accepted into the Enclave in dire circumstances, after much rigorous physical and mental training. More troops from the destroyed base are slowly being trickled into Area 51, the Creech Air Base, and the Fallon Naval Air Station, as to not raise too many alarms.
The Enclave is a small group, but well armed. They can be considered the most technologically advanced and most technologically equipped faction in the Mojave. Their willingness to adapt tech and harness as much energy as they can is to their advantage; unlike the Brotherhood, they seize what they can and make the best of it.
Often called a ‘fascist’ organization, one of the Enclave’s goals is to purify the wastes, and kill of those that are mutated, diseased, or otherwise unfit to exist by their standards. They want to restore old-world government security and methods to the Wastelands, hopefully gaining back the control they once had.

the boomers
At the beginning of the war, when the bombs began to fall from the sky, Nellis Airforce Base scrambled together what remained of their fighter planes and bombers to respond to the attacks....only to have them never return back home. It left the base vulnerable to attacks and many of the missiles launched at Vegas targeted the base. Despite the attempts of the man named Robert House's best efforts to try and protect it, the airfoce base took a severe beating and for over a hundred years since then, remained untouched.
Within that time span, a group of survivors from Vault 34 that decided to strike out on their own came across the abandoned base and claimed it for their own as no one had any particular interest in it. This small band would discover they hit the jackpot; thanks to hardly being scavenged by Raiders and the like, the band learned a great deal of information of Nellis and the weapons it housed. Using this information, they tracked down a wide range of storehouses that held these promised weapons, the most notable ones being Area 2 and Hawthrone Army Depot. When the band at last took stock of their precious inventory, they discovered they held a stockpile of nuclear weapons, heavy ordnance and artillery. They reached out to their fellow survivors still living within Vault 34 and began to grow as their own faction.
Those who dared to draw close to the base to see if the rumors were true about it being at last claimed would find artillery fired at them as well as missiles, indeed confirming all too well it was claimed at last. Thanks to this, the faction was given a name to match their often hostile response to visitors; the Boomers. Those who kept a wise distance from them and continued to observe this new faction from afar discovered they were well-sustained on their own for an isolated faction. The Boomers managed to draw clean water from Lake Mead, owned several solar panels that powered the base and grew their own crops, learning from their mistakes as they went. The Boomers became known as paranoid, xenophobic tribe that was the most heavily armed tribe there was in the entire mojave.
Determined to add the Boomers to their ranks, the NCR attempted several times to send emissaries to speak to them only have them fleeing back the way they came from the hostile response or never making it back home or to the intended destination. Frustrated, the NCR cut the Boomers clean water supply line and threatened to keep it that way if the Boomers refused to talk to the them. The Boomers in response bombed several water supply lines in eastern New Vegas and would continue to do so unless their own water supply line was restored. The NCR quickly complied and has since then left them alone. In fact, no faction really ever bothered the Boomers since, choosing to leave them be as they posed no threat unless provoked despite many wanting to absorb them into their own ranks.
Until the Courier managed to reach them by somehow getting past their artillery fire, missiles and even well placed mine bombs. Determined to put an end to the only person who ever made it to their gates, they were stopped by their Elder Pearl who had once predicted an outsider would come knocking on their door. The Courier managed to gain the trust of the Boomers by performing tasks and errands for them in exchange for their help at the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. The Courier sealed the deal when they raised an old bomber located within Lake Mead and helped them restore it to working condition. The Boomers proudly served the Courier within the battle, bombing their enemies to bits from the safety of the bomber.
Though they returned back to Nellis Airforce Base, the Second Battle of Hoover Dam and their role within it stirred all the attention on them and shortly after, Elder Pearl passed away from old age. The Enclave are determined to secure the old bomber for themselves while the Brotherhood is determined to confiscate any and all technology the Boomers have for their own uses. The NCR is determined to once more add the Boomers to their ranks while the Leader of the Mojave Faction of the Legion is set on enslaving them and using their weapons to take over Hoover Dam.
The Boomers are determined to continue keeping outsiders out Nellis but only for so long as their supplies for their weapons are starting to run dangerously low and after calculating the numbers, they are lucky if they last five years before being overrun. It doesn't help that many of the tribe is elderly and becoming more sickly with each passing day. Their current Elder, rising to the position after a vote between several trusted candidates, is heavily considering creating a truce with one of the interested factions for supplies and is considering opening up to the public in hopes of replenishing their tribe with young people.

the strip
Surprisingly enough, the majority of the strip was unharmed by the bombs- Long before they fell, Mr. House used his impressive wealth and the buggy security systems of the Lucky 38 to deflect most of the bombs, though a few fell in the outskirts. Despite this, Vegas was not rehabilitated until some 200 years later when he sent out Securatrons to the residential tribes, recruiting help to find his Platnium Chip, a massive storage device that was supposed to be delivered the day the bombs fell.
Many of the tribe resisted, but three gained House's favor, and were inserted into the vacant casinos. They are now known as the Chairmen, the White Glove Society, and the Omertas. The factions all hate the other, fighting viscously for control while also avoiding setting off House. Each had a certain style of charm that reminded him of old Vegas, and fueled his dreams for returning the city to its former glory. However his plans were, to an extent, halted when the Courier who'd been assigned to deliver the package, 200 years later, was shot in the head by none other that the Tops' Chairmen's leader, Benny. The man wished to take control of Vegas, though he certainly didn't plan on the Courier coming back from the grave and seeking revenge. Rather than allowing House to regain his control, the Courier used the Platnium Chip to free Vegas from House, Legion, and NCR rule. For years the Courier oversaw New Vegas, restoring the city to it's past glory. The Three Families still fought each other, but once more did so discreetly to avoid angering the Courier.
However, that time of peace was shattered when the Courier was assassinated in broad daylight. While no one knows for sure, rumor was that the NCR ordered the hit. After the fall of their revered leader, the strip fell into complete chaos, and the Families were free to stop hiding their fights for control.
There are three main factions in the Strip that everyone knows about; these are the Families;
The Omertas
These hard asses are led by __________, and run like an old school mafia. The Omertas really have only one rule; don't betray the family. They are not adverse to kill, as before they were tossed into their cushy casino, they were a group of highly organized, highly adaptable raiders who were known to drug the unsuspecting wayward traveler. This resemblance to the old style crime is part of what attracted Mr. House to them in the first place.
If you ever want to know something, the majority if the time you're going to be S.O.L., as everyone who would say anything is (or should be) terrified of those who want them to remain silent; despite the glitz and glamour of Gomorrah, there's an ugly truth hiding just beneath the surface.
While they seem content with their life now, the fact that they once dealt with Ceasar's Legion proves that they are not as sedate as once thought.
Gomorrah is known for being a den capable of catering any vice, from gambling, drinking, to anything in between, but what they are perhaps best known for is their girls, boys, and prostitution. They keep the dancers on a concoction of drugs to keep them in place, and while men (or women) are more than welcome to borrow their beauties for a few hours, the Omertas keep a very tight leash on their dogs, not allowing them out of the yard.
The Chairmen Led by the ever so swanky Charles Starkweather, the Chairmen are led by a strict code of loyalty and honor; they do not, by any means, appreciate treachery, and their old tribal ways still influence them to this day. The once tribal group now has a more 'cool' aesthetic to them, from how they dress down to they way they talk.
They have the Aces Theater, which offers a splendid variety of classy entertainment, from jokes to singers and everything in between.
The Chairmen are the first Family to be placed in the strip, and are under the impression that the other two Families are low lifes and scoundrels who cannot be trusted, keeping a keen eye on them. But one thing can't be argued; Gomorrah's got some nice broads.
The White Glove Society The pinnacle of class, this elite group is presided over by none other than the illustrious _________; The Ultra Lux Casino has a strict set of rules to uphold so that their clientele will feel that they are in the lap of luxury and propriety. There is a nonnegotiable dress code, in addition to that all staff and patrons must speak and behave in a certain manner. They only house black jack and roulette, and their restaurant, the Gourmand, is apparently to die for. However for all the pretty things, when the glitter smears, the White Glove Society has a serious mangled past- while it's nothing more than a rumor, supposedly the Society was nothing more than a group of cannibals.
